Good vibes and cozy nights
We stayed for 2 nights in a cozy double room. The onsite restaurant was fantastic for catching the Rugby World Cup! Had a blast with the staff. They were super friendly but could've used a few more hands on deck. Also loved that free parking was included.

The location was favourable, a 10-15 minute walk from Aghadoe. Plus, it was close to the Killeen House and many restaurants in Killarney over the years and the mountains. The room was fairly quiet & gorgeous, with a king bed. The food was lovely in the bar.

Really good Service and Good Dining
The high-quality breakfast, with made-to-order items, was a highlight each morning. The dining experience was amazing, especially at Rozzers, where the attentive staff made every meal special. I appreciated the warmth of the staff, who treated us like family. I think an air conditioning option would improve comfort during warmer nights.

The hotel was beautiful. The gardens are gorgeous, the food is really nice, with a good selection for breakfast and it was all cooked to perfection. The staff were really friendly and the location of the hotel is perfect - Easy access to Killarney town without being right in the middle of it. All in all a great weekend.

The overall experience was quite pleasant, especially the relaxing atmosphere created by the beautiful gardens and cozy common areas. Breakfast was a tasty highlight, although at €15, I wished for a bit more variety. The staff were helpful, even assisting with travel plans during my stay.

Owners and staff are awesome! Geraldine and Michael (owners) are very friendly (not to mention funny) and helpful with sightseeing plans. The food is excellent. No need to make reservations anywhere else. Seems to be a golfer's paradise as there are several courses in the area, although we weren't there for golf. Location is away from the city center of Killarney and very quiet, except for the bar before dinner. Noisy in a fun way. From my experience, it's not a place for small kids which suited me just fine. I say that because it's rather sophisticated in a country charm kind of way. There's also a lovely sitting room with TV and free wifi where guests can enjoy tea, coffee, or and adult beverage. I'd definitely stay there again!

Staying with my family at Killeen House was great! The location is perfect for hiking, with amazing views and trails nearby. The food at the restaurant was fantastic, especially breakfast, so hearty and delicious. Responding to our every need.
In my wife's opinion, the family suite could benefit from more space for our kids to play comfortably.

Breakfasts were the best ever experienced, especially the scrambled egg. We were upgraded to one of their 'superior' rooms on the down floor due to my disability .... our fault for not mentioning it when booking. Excellent room. Staff very friendly including the owners.
Started off in a room overlooking the backyard with the fan from the kitchen whirring away. Most disappointing. No problem being changed except next room was really small but took it. No tea making facilities in any of the rooms, even the 'superior' room where we ended up, a little odd.
